Orders & Payments

How can I place an order?
Add your favorite items to cart, go to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, and may also support other secure payment options like digital wallets depending on your region.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to select regions and are working on expanding. You’ll see available shipping options at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location and shipping method. A delivery estimate will be shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

How do I start a return?
Contact us with your order number, the item you’d like to return, and the reason. We’ll walk you through the next steps.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within a standard processing time.


Products & Sizing

How do I choose the right size for my pet?
Refer to the size chart on each product page and measure your pet (chest, neck, length, or weight, depending on the item) before ordering.

Are your products safe for pets?
Our products are chosen with pet comfort and safety in mind. Always supervise your pet during first use and remove any item that shows damage or excessive wear if need be.

What if my pet doesn’t like the product?
Every pet is unique. If something doesn’t work out, reach out to us—depending on the item and condition, we may be able to suggest alternatives or help with a return.


Account & Emails

Do I need an account to order?
You can usually check out as a guest, but creating an account makes it easier to track orders, save addresses, and view your order history.

I’m not receiving emails. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder and mark our emails as “Not Spam.” Make sure you entered the correct email at checkout.
